Frequently Asked Questions


What type of clients do you typically work with?


My client base is wide and varied, I have clients from many different sporting back grounds, along with yummy mummies who wish to get back into shape after have an addition to the family, to the general Joe who just wants to look good for a holiday or special event.


So if your needs fall under the criteria’s of any of the following: fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, improved health, more confidence, better self-esteem, increased flexibility, reduced stress, improved strength, sporting performance or a nutritional overhaul then I am the person who can help.


How does “Online training” work?


After you have chosen your package that you would like to take, then the next step is to fill out the client questionnaire that is downloadable at the point of purchase, send it back to me, (all details are within the questionnaire) along with recent photos and measurements and I then make an assessment of your physique, training and nutritional information. Once I have all of your information I will issue you your programs via my online system.. Please note it can take 3-5 working days to put your plans together, depending on the type of package you go for, once I have recieved all of your information back. I accept correspondence via my online system where all of your checkins and updates also go. So everything is logged and both you and I have acsess to all of your progress information.


Do I need a consultation?


For On Season Prep plans you need to fill in a prep application form, this is done before the prep package is purchased, to make sure I can direct you towards the correct length of time for your plans and training. Just email me ( if you wish to apply for on season prep and I will email your application form over asap.. I do have limited availabilty for on/off season prep clients at one time, this is so I can give each of my clients the time and attention they deserve during their time working with me.

How often do I have contact with you?


I am always available via email as I am a Personal Trainer as well as an online Training/Nutritional Coach I will respond back to you in between my Personal Training Clients but I will always respond within 12 hours. I respond quickly to all questions regarding your training programs. I require all my clients to weigh in via my online system on the same day each week.. I ask for measurement and picture updates every 2-4 weeks depending on the plan they are following and prep clients the last 6 weeks of prep I require weekly updates on everything and daily updates the last 10 days of prep.


Does my online plan include personal training?


Online clients do not recive any personal training included in my online plans unless you pick the plans that state "including personal training"  also to become a personally trained by myself you will need to be/become a member at JD GYM ROCHDALE as this is my place of work with personal training clients.


Is your service expensive?


No, my service is extremely good value for money! I have many packages available to all, I am happy to tailor things to your budget also. If you just wanted to start with a one off nutritional package at first then that is absolutely fine, I have had many clients that have started with a small package and bolted on other areas as they have a larger budget available.


If I purchase a subscription product am I in a contract?


No you are not; you are free to cancel at any time you wish. The initial set up payment that covers your program composing and your assessment is non-refundable however.
